Comprehensive Initial Wellness Visit (Adult): $165
Comprehensive Initial Wellness Visit (Child 12 and under): $95

Uncomplicated Initial Visits or Basic Check-Ups: $45-$95 depending on length of the visit

Return Visits: $45-$95 depending on the length of the visit.

Phone Consultations: Billed similarly to office visits.

E-Mail Consultations: Please inquire. Billed by the minute.

Lab Testing: Prices for standard and specialty lab tests vary depending on if your insurance will cover them or if you will be paying me directly. It is your responsiblity to check with your insurance carrier to see if they will cover lab tests.
